Cash Dividend Declaration
On February 15, 2024, Vishay declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock and Class B common stock outstanding payable on
March 26, 2024 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2024. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

MALVERN, Pa., February 15, 2024 (GLOBE
NEWSWIRE) -- Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE:VSH), one of the world's largest manufacturers of discrete semiconductors and passive components, announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.10 per share of common
stock and Class B common stock, to be paid March 26, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business March 14, 2024. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
