Cash Dividend Declaration
On February 16, 2016, Vishay declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per share of common stock and Class B common stock outstanding payable on March 29, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2016. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

Vishay Intertechnology Increases Quarterly Dividend
MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA – February 16, 2016 Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.0625 per share of common stock and Class B common stock, reflecting a 4 percent increase over the previous quarter's dividend. The dividend is to be paid on March 29, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 11, 2016. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
